On my 4 year old L204 who i only see on the glass once a year or so i noticed this white thing near its mouth. No clue if i should be concern:

It’s hard to really see in the pic, but it looks like a small growth under the mouth. It could be from an injury that got infected - I would monitor for now and treat if it gets worse.

Yea it is not very sharp - it seems like a cyst with a thin layer of skin over it. It could be an infection but there is definitely a very thin layer of skin over it - no clue how i would 'treat it'. Kind of hard to monitor since he isn't really people friendly and rarely shows his underside but will try to get a closer picture if he does it again.
