My Bifas produced some eggs yesterday tho they seem to be all white. Is this a failed attempt or are some cichlids eggs like that? One or two of them look to be changing colour.

I agree with Yuki, but it may be just the light. Many times its hard to tell fertile cream colored eggs, from white infertile eggs(at least for me).
Let nature take its course, often times the first attempt fails due to inexperienced parents, or too many other fish (distractions) in the tank.
If the male is constantly fending off others, he may not get enough milt on the eggs in time.
If they are infertile, it could be as early as 10 days from now that they try again.

Bad or Good eggs parents will depend their eggs, bad eggs will get eaten by parents after few days...Usually good eggs will hatch after 2 or 3 days depend on species.
