Price is all relative to location and availability. If you think it's too high, try to negotiate. If it's been for sale for a while, maybe the seller wants to unload it.

what size? one major factor. if its 12"+ then pretty good price. yeah location, supply and demand is very important.

heaps jealous - down here in australia it costs from AUD$300 - AUD$450 for a baby silver aro! you guys who get it cheaper are heaps lucky!

It will depend on it's size & availability in your location. If the silver is longer than 12" then ofcourse it's fair & since u have told they r not common in your loc.

its about 6", they are not so many in the country that survive the first 4 weeks in home tank because of beginners who often buy them.

If they're hard to come by and you think the price is a bit high, try to haggle a bit. Couldn't hurt. And if you really want it, go for it
