Is this a female dwarf gourami?

Ok so this is certainly no monster fish...but today I bought 2 dwarf gouramis. One was clearly a male, and this is the other one I bought. The store associate said they should all be male. But this one's coloring is much plainer than the male. Anyone know?

Compare it to pics of T microlepis, the moonlight gourami and see what you think.

They do look similar! Right now everyone is living fine together, but is it ok to mix regular size gouramis and the dwarf gouramis? Right now that one looks a good deal smaller than the male. Given the correct size tank, can you mix the two?

there's not really a big difference in size. as I recall, most of the gourami that I and my father kept (long ago) didn't have trouble with their current varied gourami tankmates, it was adding a new one that was the problem.
trying to keep a dwarf with a giant.... probably not a good idea, I don't think this will be a problem.
