Is this a fungus?

These are my first African cichlids. N. Brichardi. The one I think is the male had a white/pink lump above his lip, which now is also on both side fins. He and the female both swim, eat, and act normal.

I should've checked my parameters yesterday before my water change but here's where they are now....
Nitrite 0ppm, Ammonia 0ppm, Nitrate <5ppm, pH between 7.8 - 8.0.

Little hard to tell with pics blown up. Doesn’t look fungal. Looks like lymphocystis. Viral and should hopefully pass by itself. Keep the water clean.

Just an update. It hasn't gone away yet. But they're doing great. It's been less than a month and their second batch of eggs just hatched and are free swimming.
