Is this a good deal

I found this on criagslist and wanted to know if it was a good deal.

I want the 40gallon tank not the bird cage....

$40 for a 45 gallon tank with stand , light , filter etc. sounds like a pretty good deal to me as long as it holds water .

Make sure it doesn't leak. I'd pay $40 for the tank and stand alone. Consider the rest a bonus..
