I'm trying to post this in the buy/sell but for some reason I cant.. I repeat, this is not a sell thread, just want your opinion on weather or not this is fair pricing.. (as I'm in Sweden everything is 20 times as rare) but since most of you guys are in the US I just want your opinion!

not a bad deal, but i'd try to get him to come down to about $1,800. the hardware, alone: the tanks, stands and filters are a good deal and the fish make this an appealing deal. some would argue that the tanks are worth a grand, alone. i'd just try to talk him down a bit because if he were to try and sell off all of this one peice at a time, it would take him awhile to find buyers for everything. you're saving him much trouble and time by taking all of this off of his hands at once.
 
hmm.. hahaha.. the guy selling is me! I'll try to talk me down to 1800$.. =)

just for reference.. motoro are 300$ for 3-4" disc pups.. the big tank cost about 5000$ new.. 1000$ for the 150.. I'd say there are about 100 motoros in sweden.. all in all..

but then I know.. the price is not far from "your" prices..

Seems like a very good price imo (keeping in mind that here in Slovenia it's all really rare, probably worse than Sweden).
 
yeah.. I'm probably out.. I lost about 70% of my fish a couple of months ago and I just can't seem to get the spark back and on top of that I just got more or less raped by my former employer.. I'll probably have to sell of my tanks and fish to afford everything.. but we'll see..

and yeah.. you guys are probably worse of than us.. never seen another Slovanian mfker..
 
Well, the tanks would cost less than that here new & custom made. The fish choice is poor though, motoros have been available in fish shops around 2 times in 4 years, both times a single ~6" pup for around 200 euros, as far as my knowledge goes. This country only has a population of 2 million though.

Shame to hear about the bad luck with the employer :(.

P.s. Slovenian not Slovanian ;).
