125G Tank with stand and canopy plus 2 Fluval 404's, gravel and lights for the tank.

All for $250.00

Tank doesn't leak and has been resealed by the seller.

So tempted to buy it!! What do you guys think?

If it was double that price it would still be a good deal!

Correction: it is actually a 120 Gallon long tank, not 125. I ended up buying all of it today for $250 :headbang2

So, I need to re-seal the 120G tank I bought due to a small leak at the bottom.

I attempted to re-seal it last weekend and don't think I did a good job, given the fact that it was the first time attempting this and I had never used a caulking gun before

When I did the leak test today there were a lot of air bubbles underneath the silicone so I don't trust it just yet. To be sure, I am going to attempt the re-seal again tomorrow with GE Silicon 1.

Anybody have any tips for me this time around since it appears I didn't do something right the first time....??? I wish I could just pay somebody to re-seal it for me.

use tape and dont be scared to lay it on then use your finger (cleaned) and smooth it evenly or you can you one of those things that does that for you but do it on a kinda hot day cause if its a little cold the silicon will dry onto the tape and you will have to do it again

Hot day shouldn't be a problem. I'm in Arizona and it going to be around 100 degrees tomorrow! The first time I don't think I used enough silicon, I only used 1 bottle for the entire tank, Thanks for the pointers!
