I think he meant give the 2 inch pacu enough food and time (about a week) and it will be 7 inches. So it would be cheaper.

That pacus gonna get big i had some go from 1"-8" in 6 weeks, There growth rate was insane.

If you want this fish you should make them pay you to take it even if you like it tell them you'll take 10.00 and if you still want the fish you shouldn't pay more than 5.00 for that particular sp. In my opinion
