i got a 7" arowana. i took it to my lfs and traded it for 4 peacock bass. i'll get pics up soon. so is that a good deal?

doesnt matter, but you should try to wean them on to prapaired food because that is healtyier than goldfish and less chance of parasites

blood worms, hikari pellots, cut up market shrimp, fish fellets, crickets, what ever

not an expert but i believe somewhere around 1-2" a month maybe faster

I have 2 that are growing faster than oscars. They have tripled in size in 4 months. I feed mine hikari pellets , freeze dried krill, and live feeders once a month. They are voracious eaters. With feeders they will keep eating one after another. Ive seen them with 5 tails hanging out of their mouth and tails coming out of their gill slits still trying to stuff more in. But pellets are the key.
