Is this a good flowerhorn?

Hello. I just recently bought this flowerhorn. It is about 4inches. Currently, I am feeding it grand sumo red's and frozen bloodworms. Should it have a variety of feed? It wouldn't eat the hikari foodsticks. The place I purchase recommended Grand Sumo and Humpy Head. Also What type of flowerhorn is this? I'm new to this hobby any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It might help his color if you changed that gravel. I did it and it made a huuuuge difference.
