I have never kept them, but from what I have read, the Convict could cause problems.

That could get a little aggressive with this mix a single convict doesn't cause that much of an issue but a pair will breed and cause havoc

I would do your first list minus the convict. And add some schooling tetras in its place. That would be a nice and active tank. Good luck with whatever you decide.
