Hey everyone not sure where to post this, but I know someone selling a 220 gallon-its about 10 years old with some scratches and whatnot in decent shape, is $300 a good deal-tank alone?

eh not really. 10 years old i'd worry about leaking if not now in the very near future. 1 think you should continue your search. if you can haggle them down to $200 then maybe and if you have skills in resealing a tank then go for it
fair price, especially if theres not too many scratches and no cracks. I too would haggle him down though to maybe about $220 which would mean $1 per gallon
it is the tank the tank alone...
he wants $400 which i think is WAYYYYY to much for that age of a tank with scratches and in "decent" condition. i was thinking 250-300
and like big kahuna said, i would prob feel better at night knowing i resealed that tank lol-def would reseal if i get it...which takes time...
but we will see what happens, i will keep u guys updated whatever the case...
