Is this a high quality flowerhorn?

Well agreed it's a very good quality Flowerhorn, but it's not really a Super Red (ZZ Dragon) per se -- imo it's a Kamfa, likely with some Red Texas blood (and yes possibly some ZZ Dragon too given the strong Flowerline) in the FH cocktail mix.

TBT it's getting hard and harder to strictly classify many FH's nowadays, the breeders are continually trying to make outrageous looking new FH with different combos -- and they often fervently guard their exact secret hybrid ingredient lists so the competition can't copy, which leaves most buyers kind of guessing.

On another point tbh I'm not even definitely possibly 100% sure it's a male -- note the small but distinct splotch of black on the dorsal fin, it's possible it's a (very lovely) female imo -- I would try to re-confirm this with the seller if possible.

In any case even if it were a male don't expect a huge hump like a classic ZZ would have, Kamfa humps (even more so if they have RT blood) don't get that humongous (which is actually why many of us prefer them, not to mention the thicker pearling around the face like this one has).

nice looking kamfa, I would think male

Very well could be -- maybe that nice red lipstick look was throwing me off lol. In fact if it's imported from Thailand maybe we're both right, it could be one of the new 'Kamfa Katoey' I've heard about (just kidding, no such thing -- as of yet.)

Thanks for the impute. Its listed as a kingkamfa red pearl and is in Thailand. The fact you guys said his kok wont get huge is definitely a huge plus for me.

Nice kamfa!!! But to my opinion it may be a female.. Anyways just get it..
