Correct its an asian. Either a HBRTG or Xback, as the shine lvl is pretty high for a young fish. Looks a bit stunted, as the eyes/head area seem rather large in comparsion to the body.

Count the scales level. If it's 5 then it's an Asian arowana. If more than 5 then it's a Australian aro. The barbels on both species looks very different too.
