It looks like one but has a lot of blue to it. I think it is just the lighting and angle of the picture or something.

The question was more if it was actually a festae or not lol, not a male one. I guess I should have phrased it better. Well, I guess the hunt is on for a female like every one else.

Pyzko, look at the number of stripes and the stripe closest to his forehead in a Y shape. It looks like a male festae.

dang thats a nice steal! and he should color up a lot better in a tank with regular color sand/gravel and deco and everything, looks like that super white substrate is washing him out a bit
