i have kept crawfish in my tanks all my life, never had any problems as long as all the fish stay well fed. i'm thinking female to, just looking for some other opinions, this is the only one i have ever had.

looks female because of how dark it is and how its designs meld into each other, male should have more pronounced/separated designs, and yeah thats really surprising the crayfish survives do you have cave for it when it molts? crayfish was fine in my tank until it molted (i had caves too) and then i came home to a poor soft cray with no legs :(

have lots of drift wood and fake plants for him to hide, he has molted twice with no prob.

Do cuban males also have longer and or pointier fins than the females as lots of cichlids seem to follow this rule? Also do you see the red on top of the dorsal fin with both sexes? Thanks.
