Is This A Mono?

Morning All,

Just a quick one... somebody has a fish for sale near me, but not quite sure what it is... in one photo it looks like a mono but the other photo makes me question?
apparently at 1" it was originally sold to him as an Orino but I'm 99% sure its not Orino!

These look hybrids with the latter having more mono traits.
