Is this a normal green severum?

I have four green severums. One of them sticks out like a sore thumb, it's fins did not fully grow out like the other three, it always has stripes whereas most of the time the other 3 are solid colors. It has green sploches on it's face similar to the pattern of a male but it did not develop the red lines like a male will. Is it common for some of them to under develop like this? It's the severum on the right. Forgive the crappy pic.. Pic is a little old but aside from growing in size it still looks the same.

Unfortunatley, just like in people, not all fish grow out to be perfect specimens. Usually in a group of fish, you'll have at least one runt/low man on the totem pole.
 
I figured that, but always thought it was more with coloration, not fin shape, etc. This little guy is just unattractive lol.
