Pacu, with 100% certainty.
Unsure on the cichlids, but they look like blue acaras to me (I'm not really a cichlid guy, though, so don't take my word for it).

Ii would have to agree with the pacu and GT also. Where is that store??? That's a mighty small tank for that many fish especially that size.
