Is this a parasite??

Hello, I am new to the monster fish community!

I've had my lungfish for several months now and everything has been great - he's been lively and eating well. However, a couple days ago I noticed this white bump on his right side - a little past his arm. I have no idea what it is but it hasn't seemed to effect his moods or activity. Would anybody be able to enlighten me as to what this is and how I should treat it?

I kind of doubt parasite but I am not real familar with this species. bump for someone who is. Oddball seems to be knowledgeable about this species(and many more)

is something picking on him? his arm seems to be missing or is it the picture?

His arms are all there
I'm not sure what caused it but it seems to be healing.
