Depends on its genetics and how you care for it. But I would think generally cb pbb can achieve anywhere from 16"-24".

Currently have a 6" teugelsi on the way I’m guessing the pbb would currently be big enough to eat him?

If you keep the pbb well fed, shouldn't be a problem.

I’m fairly new to bichirs, I understand they are opportunistic predators, but I always see mostly endlicheri eating their smaller bichir companions, wouldn’t this be any different or are Endi eyes to big for its stomach ?

I've personally never experienced bichir cannabalism over the 14-15 years I've been keeping bichirs. The craziest size difference I've tried was 10"-12" with 24"-25" bichirs. I've done 5" with 12" ones before too. I knew someone who had 7"-8" bichirs with his 30"-36" bichirs. No issues. There are definitely risk factors so be careful.
not a bichir but I've even successfully put 3" datnoid with 23" bichir. I sold the the datnoid when it grew to like 7"-8". But yes, as long as you keep your bichirs well fed, there shouldn't be any issues.
