i think so.... obviously invasive....

i caught about 6 in a creek in my neighborhood a few weeks ago

the rest are in my pond, (he killed the other)

its active in the day, and almost never hides, (all ive read of pictus)
and it looks like one

kinda boring color tho, but so cute.......

its about 1 1/2in
