In search of Leiarius
Can a pim(leiarius) x rtc hybrid be crossed with a tsn to get a marbled rtcxtsn hybrid Just curious if at all possible i'll try it in the far future.

goodluck but I haven't even heard of someone getting a RTC to breed in captivity, same with a TSN, etc.....

That seems odd , I just assumed that the hybrids were wild caught and man made breeding situations. I would guess that if rtcs and tsn have been breed in captivity it was done in asia somewhere.

Can anyone tell me how much a Pseodoplatystoma sp. x Leirus longibarbus(tsnx marble) would cost and what is the ideal tank footprint for one. Thanks

These fish don't naturally hybridize. They are basically test tube babies. So actually breeding isn't possible.

Yep ^^ In theory though in test tube situations similar to tsnxrtc, and tsnxp. niger it should work though unless something in the hybridization makes them infertile.

But yeah not something you can do on your own I don't think.
