I was doing a water change when i was filling up a bucket i forgot to treat it and pour a little bit of tap water in there(16oz of untreated water) but when i realize it wasn't treated , stop then treat the water and went back to pouring. The tank is a 20 gallon. Will the fish be affected by this?

By treated do you mean declorinated? If so no, i never use declorinated water. Unless your water contains large amounts of clorine.
