Is this a sailfin pleco?

I've been looking for some sailfin plecos, and someone sent me an email with some pictures, it looks a sailfin, but I'm not positive. Anyone care to give their opinion?

3 out of 4 look like sailfins. The one sucking on the heater(1st pic) looks like a common. The one on the floor of the tank(2nd pic) looks old.
