Is this a snakehead, let me know what you think it is please

I found this little guy in a local lake, kinda looks like a snakehead but I've never seen a snakehead before (and I do ALOT of fishing), although I know they are here in south florida. Let me know, or let me know what you think it could be. He's about an inch in length, I caught two so he's not the only one, I don't know if it's a juvenille or if they're just small fish (I know snakeheads get pretty big).

Thanks guys, I googled darters and there are some very similar ones located around here, I believe thats what he is, we don't have gobys and gobys are fatter but the pattern is similar to a goby. Thanks guys, feel free to continue in my investigation lol
