Is this a snakehead?

Neither, looks like it might be some kind of goby but the picture's not the best so I can't tell which sp. exactly.
 
cant see the fish but looks like a wolf fish or sort of similar... too much glare on it

100% not Bowfin (tail nor jaw are close).

I know next to nothing about the "snakehead" but the rounded shape of the head makes this an easy ID for a blindman. Not a snowflakes chance in HADES from basic reading I have done on the DNR site to differentiate the S.H. from the Bowfin, that a roundhead as in the picture has anything to do with ANY of the like 70 - 80 species of Snakehead.

the head doesn't look like snakehead and the tail doesn't look like bow fin!
