Is this a Trimac or flower horn?

Alright some one called my fish a dirty hybrid so i would like to settle this once and for all this fish is by all my believes a pure trimac i bought off a freind who bought it from ken pay attention to details the is no speckling in the flanks of this fish, also the red breast only comes to the top of gill plat a flower horn should have red through 1/2 its body. also this fish killed my buddies dirty hybrid wish i had a pic to show the difference

The fish is a true Trimac, and a very good one at that! You said its from a reputed source (Ken Davis), added to that the looks of the fish are that of a pure Trimac. The fish is showing a lot of red/pink throat, added to that it has the trademark "yellow" coloration on the body.

For me though, its come from Ken and that should be more than sufficient to establish its lineage!

a mac in my eyes.

just strange pattern of spots, heh. also the fins appear to go clear after so far. just something i noticed. was it damaged at a young age, and thats how the fins grew back?

also get used to the whole mac vs. fh scenario because unfortunately my friend someone is always gonna say its a fh. because most ppl believe macs are have been so out crossed that it's impossible to have pure anymore. believe me i trust that many many ppl have very nice macs out there lingering.

may i ask how large he is?

because mine sometimes shows beautiful yellow coloration and also with a mood change can show a darker green coloration. he mainly is yellow tho when courting his mate, and in his strutting his stuff attitude.
