Hey,
Having alittle issue with properly Iding this datnoid? On one side of it's body it look's like a widebar but on the other side it has an extra black line. Do widebars have this pattern or is this a "controversial tiger"? It's 13-14". Would it be better to have this datnoid or a NGT? Thanks.

Basically, I'm trying to make a good decision. A fellow mfk member here viet dragon , want's my pair of columbian flowers (F 11" M 9"). I would be willing to trade for a nice datnoid for them. I'm deciding on either taking this hopefully ST datnoid or his NGT?

It's a widebar, but the pictures show both fish, (top pix of ST with Tigrinis, and bottom pix of NGT in the corner of the tank) are not in good condition. If the fish current condition are as shown in those two pictures, they are not healthy fish!

I agree with jlnguyen I would get some updated pictures just to be safe before anything else.

Interesting. The pic with the Tig is older. The pic's with the purplish tint were given to me today. The nice bright colored pic of the ngt is a older pic. The one where it's in the corner is tonight. He said it didn't like the flash so that's why he look's unstable.
Now,that u pointed out the health issue? The stomach area on the ngt does look alot different then the vibrant pic of it. And, the gill plate look's bad.
Also, on the black lines on the big dat? The first black line (other than the one that covers the eyes) doesn't come all the way down to the bottom of the fish. Also, the back tail area. Shouldn't it be tail, black line/ring,space , then black line covering the base of tail then going up the back of dat ,toward dorsal fin?

True ST (with indo tail markings, quite common), not in the best shape.
The NGT looks in even worse condition, based on the last pic. Sunken stomach is bad news when it comes to dats.
