Is this acrylic crazing? Little bubbles in seams normal?

Hi, I am looking to buy a used acrylic tank (from out of state and not able to view in person). From pictures from seller, I see there are some crazing and bubbles on the seams. Are those little bubbles normal? Is the crazing a concern? Tank size is 96" x 36" x 30" tall and acrylic is 1" thick. Thank you.
