with all thats going on in my fish world, I keep putting off my native tank i plan on setting in up. I have aquired a 150 XH, like 2 wide, 2 long, and 4 high, maybe not exact mesurments, anyway i have a loveseat in my fish room and this will be right behind it. pretty cool to sit on the couch and look back with bluegill/sunfish. This tank will be bare bottem sponge filtered. How many full grown sunfish could i do in the 150 XH. I'd like to do 6.

The footprint is going to be more of a limiting factor than the volume, most likely. You could maybe get away with six bantam, dollar, or other small sunfish, but with a 2x2 footprint, you might not be able to do two bluegills(or other large/aggressive sunfish). That said, I'm not even sure which of the smaller sunnies might be able to get along in that space.

That would be a good tank if you plant it for some Bluespotted or Blackbanded sunfish and some Least or Pygmy Killifish.
