Is this an N. polystigma?

Sure look llike it to me. How big are they judging from your wave maker their size looks like 6 inches or so? They both look like females to me. I could be wrong maybe some else will chime in. Males will get the dark blue on them and these two for their size seem to have typical female colors. Beutiful fish none the less.
Both are females. Closer to 7 inches or so. I would like to get a male for them. They are in a 150 at a clients office.
