My arowana's eye is slightly cloudy he is eating and seems to be settling in fine. Is it anything to worry about?

When did you get the aro? Sometimes fish get cloudy eye due to stress associated with transportation. And it usually goes away after about a week if the water conditions are ideal.

I got the fish last week. I checked the water parameters 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 10 nitrate

ammonia shouldnt be at 0...could be stress, water parameter, nitrite spike or others. Nothing to worry, just keep your water clean.
