Is this Bacopa and Dwarf Sag?

Hi,

Could anyone tell me if this is Bacopa and Dwarf Sag? Also if it is Bacopa, what kind is it? I am making a North American Native tank and want to have native plants. I read that Dwarf Sag is Native and some Bacopas are native too. Well, let me know what you think. Thx

PS: If you know any Native plants that are easy to get, and not anacharis, hornwort or banana plant, let me know.

Im not a expert either but they look like Bacopa and Dwarf sag.
