is this bad

my lung fish likes to swim and turn sideways and then upside down. is this bad and mean he is dieing or is he ok

I do not know, I have not kept them. An american eel I had would do that, it was pretty freaky but the fish was healthy.

i guess it was ok bc this mor he was eating and swiming all to happy. he did scare me tho
