is this black spot disease on my parrot cichlid?

from my knowledge parrots sometimes "fade" which result with spots . I wouldn't worry about it too much unless the fish is not eating or swimming odd .
Not black spot. Fading is the process by which a fish will pass through many color and pattern changes as it morphs into its adult coloration. This is very common within the Amphilophus sp. and hybrids there of. So in short, nothing to worry about its normal.
