Is this severe neon green color normal on a Mokelembembe? It almost looks like it has Green Fluorescent Protein trait, doesn’t it! This picture is not the best, he colors up more towards the evening. This was taken in the morning.

Yeah this color is fairly normal. Especially when bichirs are kept on black sand. Several other upper jaw species and a few lower jaw species can display similar/same green.
My guy got it from Chernobyl. I’ve never heard of this it’s incredible
