Is This coloration permanent??

My blood parrot is natural, not dyed, and it started changing colors about a month ago, and now its stayed just like this, with no changes for about 2 weeks, I love his coloration now i hope it doesnt change what are your thoughts?

I would say hes probably 4-5 inches, and i didnt think so either, but it hasnt changed in so long you know what i mean?

Should finish turning Orange Yellow is the coming days/weeks but there is always the possibility it will start partially black. I have a female that never finished peeling to orange, had her about 3 years now.
