Had a litter of 7 pups today, but I also found 3 underdeveloped embryo's. Is this common in stingray litters? The litter wasn't as fat this time around. This is also mama's third litter in a row, 3 litters in a bit over a year when you consider gestation. I am giving her a bit of a break this time. I am specifically wondering how it is possible that she delivered 7 healthy pups with these dead embryo's when a few threads down

lost a P14 because the baby died and decomposed inside of her, poisoning her. These guys are extremely underdeveloped so must have been like this for a while. Should I be concerned about the way mama delivered these? Did something go wrong or does this fall in the category of "these things happen sometimes"? Also, anyone have an educated guess as to how old these guys were when they "died? Maybe I didn't feed mama enough
