I have a catfish that wont stop digging. He lodged himself directly underneath an unstable HEAVY slate bridge. If just 1 piece of gravel were to be removed the bridge would crush the catfish and kill it instantly. To top it off his tankmate is a mbuna cichlid that loves rearranging her decor. I cannot stop the catfish. If I move the whole tank around within 30mims he's their again. Here's a few pics
Any ideas on what I can do?
Moving the bridge is not an option. I shouldn't have to explain myself just leave it at that.

Its the nature of catfish to hide in small spaces, if you can't move the bridge, could you use an aquarium safe adhesive to hold the bridge together and in place.

It somewhat looks like a clown puked on your gravel. Why is removing it an issue? If its dangerous for your fish then I would put your fish first

I would take it a part and make a diffrent structure for the catfish that is supported better and strong enouf not to fall eaisaly.
