That is Dropsy, I have treated successfully Dropsy with Antibiotics. Best to separate and treat it.
I'm moving house today and I really can't afford a new tank or treatment, think my only option is to humanely put it down, how do I do that, I heard you can put them in a bowl of clove oil and they will fall asleep but I don't have clove oil

Just get a fish bowl or small tank you've got laying around and get some meds for $10. Or do you not have $10?
