Milky Way Galaxy,
Hey guys so you think this is enough filteration for 1 ray, 4 sharks, and 2 tangs.

1 Jebao CF-30 Pond filter [rates 6,000gw/4000gph pump. its a canister pretty much]
1 Intex 1600 GPH "Krystal Klear" Sand Filter [rated 12,800g]
1 Algea Scrubber [read page 2, http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/f...393-building-an-algae-scrubber-for-730g/page2 it will be 26" long connected to a 720ghp pump, still working out how many flood lights ill need]

Pond is 8x6x2 which is 700g also in the pond there will be a 2" layer of sand. So tell me what you guys think?

First of all i would like to discourage you from keeping any sharks let alone 2 in a 700 gallon aquarium. These animals need alot of space. If I cant dissuade you than I would encourage you to at least turn he water over 10 to 15 times which would mean about 10000 (yes ten thousand) gph. Sharks create a lot of waste so a massive protien skimmer would be required in that as well. Sharks and rays require pristine water, hence he "advanced" label. How much LR is going in there?

i should of elaborated on what shark -spotted bamboo. If you still want to argue on this check the sticky where "advanced" shark keepers have recommended tank sizes . but I may not do salt now as I may be getting some free rtc's in need of a home

i would say appropriate size innappropriate filtration. i've seen pool sand filters used on such a large amount of water and i've heard they work quite well when filled with appropriate media.
