Is this eucalyptus wood?

A neighbor brought me over this wood because he knew I was lookong for wood for the tank. I just wanted to make sure amd double check to make sure it is safe for my fish. Thanks.

Yes. Eucalyptus. Those little logs will burn great !!!

I wouldn't use that stuff. It could leach toxins in your tank. Just get some good bogwood.

Scratch and sniff your wood. If it smells like Vicks Vapo rub, don't use it. Eucalyptus is not a safe wood for fish....so I have heard.
