Is this fish common? and wht it is....

The bright one on the right. I bought a 135 yesterday, The tank was vile and the fish were still breeding I saved as many babies as I could. It STILL in not clear, and I don't want to change there water any further for now. They will get used to my prestine water in time. I will sell ALL of these fish eventually.

It's a OB Peacock, (Orange blotch). I used to breed them.
