Is this fungus on my Loisellei?

As the title says. Is this fungus on my loisellei. I recently removed him from my main tank. Into this 40g breeder because he was getting pick on. And now over his wound there is some sort of slimey thing covering the wound.

Without a picture and just going by the discription I would say yes it's most likly fungus that has infected the wound. API Fungas Clear works, if left untreated fungas can kill the fish.

Remove any activated carbon from the filter.
For each 10 gallons of water, use 1 packet.
Repeat dose after 48 hours. Wait another 48 hours, then change 50% of aquarium water.

Two doses are required for full course of treatment.

Ingredients
Victoria Green-3 mg and Acriflavine-30 mg per packet.
