Is this fungus? Or duck lips?

So theres this huge white lump that looks like potential fungus and its bottom lip looks like it has a tumor and is swelled up on the side of the white lump. Can't tell what it is it I'm treating with general cure, melafix, and pimafix in a seperate hospital tank. Any ideas? Best pics I can get.

I've been treating it for two days now and looks like the white part is disappearing but lip still looks swollen.

Try treating with kanamycin or maracyn 2 & salt.

Agree with Aquanero. It's bacterial, not fungal.

Just ordered kanamycin, hopefully it gets in on time, still swims pretty active though. If it stops putting up an effort to live I'll put it out of its misery but it seems fine other than the lip
