Is this Fungus or Parasite?

I have Fungus med. But I think it's Parasite. Im going to get external Parasite med today. Let me know if it's fungus so I dont have to spend money on med I dont need..

1st picture is when it just started. I just all of a sudden I saw him like that after switching tanks. I think this was caused by that..

the the rest of the pics are right now witch is a few days after the first picture.

And he's hurt in that fin bad like he got a broken arm. He hardly uses it.

I went to my nearest lfs right. They actually ran out of that.

So I got the med the worker reccomended. Used it and it didnt seem to do much a few days after...

then I realized he needed something else and I knew it was Metro. I had cured that puss a few times with metro and WC ..WC ..WC. ..

I contacted a member that was looking for this kind of fish, had the space and was willing. Gave to him and what I felt fish needed. It was a perfect situation.
