Is this gill curl or am I over thinking it

Noticed this and not sure what it is if it's just regular arowana breathing or gill curl it's not outwards so I don't think so but I want to be sure


Like my tank is a small and I'm looking at upgrading I just want to make sure
 
Ok well he was just spooked when I did the vid maybe but I'll turn on my 30 gal air pump also and hope he gets more air

Temp is 82 degrees (is that too hot it's cause Florida makes it hotter it's set at like 78)

Also if u see my other thread I was doing 3 day water changes 25% cause it had nitrogen problem too so I'll try to get tank parameters soon it's just late rn but no fill curl right?
 
You feed him live fish? Parasite maybe? I have the save problem where my water parameter is all good but my fish is heavy breathing. It turn out my tank has parasite . Did u have any wild caught fish in there with him?

No live fish no wild caught just a bit low on oxygen it got moved to a 125 by my dad now soo I don't really talk of it much
