On Saturday or Sunday I'm getting a 150 long aga with the aga pine stand with doors.it comes with an ac110,penn plax cascade 1500 canister,two aga 72" dual floresent light strips,rocks,some dumb fish,ugf,powerheads,heater and alot of decor an stuff for $300?is that a good price i talked em down form $500.tank is 3 years old.that is easily enough filteration right,ac100=110 g and cascade 1500=200 g.what kind of fish should i get.aro is too big for a 150 my mom thinks,i have a 125 sa/ca cihclid tank already,i kinda am aiming for littler fish.man you should see my fish corner it is big ill get pics once i get the 150.i hope to add a 210+ in the next year

i think that's a good deal... ac110 is advertised for being good on a 110g but it's more likely 55gal. that it is good for. aro is too big for that, so go with GTs and the like.
dp a african oddball tank! mormyrids, knifes, bichirs, and that small african tiger fish..............
i kinda want like 2 birchirs a african knife and a ton of african cichlids or a bunch of aggressive little fish.how many atf can i put in with a african knife and 2 birchirs.and no gt i already have a full 125 sa/ca cichlid tank.i also just got a 40 breeder some i can grow out fish in that if i dont get discus for it
i dont think african cichlids would go with a bichirs as far a water parameters go, but the cichlids are real hardy... i'm also biased towards biotope tanks.Bud_Man_Jr;551502; said:

exodons are ugly in my view but thanks for the thoughts.i may go with a heavily stocked african cichlid tank.any tanks mated that can go with african cichlids.could i get a retic ray and aro for it?how many discus can i fit in a 150

if it was me id do a species of large mormyrid, about 6 diff bichirs, an african knife , and some pretty big congo tetras liek 3"-4" to avoid gettin eaten by da bichirs, like 10....................
